The twist on this raffle is that instead of the winning ticket being the first ticket drawn, the winning ticket will actually be the last ticket drawn. Tickets will be drawn one at a time. As each ticket is drawn, it is eliminated from winning. The last ticket remaining is the winning ticket. However, when the last FIVE tickets remain, those potential winners will have the opportunity to join forces or go on to the finish where only one person will win.
Maximum number of tickets to be sold: 200
Cost per ticket: $5 (5 tickets for $20)
Last date to purchase tickets – Saturday, November 6th at 1:00 PM or until all tickets are sold, whichever comes first. Losing ticket numbers will be posted at the conference.
YOU MUST BE PHYSICALLY PRESENT TO WIN.
When the last FIVE tickets remain, those ticket holders will have the opportunity to decide whether to continue with the raffle or split the Noir prizes. This process will be repeated until there is agreement or only one person (the grand prize winner) is left, or the group decides to split the grand noir prize.

Be sure to hold on to your tickets - you never know who will 'disappear' before the final numbers are drawn!
