BLITZ, BOULEVARD and BRUEN

Ken Bruen plays a Priest. Ken is an Irish writer of hard-boiled and noir crime fiction. He is also the winner of the first David Goodis Award in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania - 2008. Ken will have a bit part as a priest.

It won't be Ken's first time in front of the camera. He played "a dead viking" in ALFRED THE GREAT. A film that also saw the start of the film career of producer Redmond Morris. Morris is currently producing
LONDON BOULEVARD which is based on the novel of the same name by ...Ken Bruen.





Aidan Gillen is an Irish stage and screen actor, best known in the UK for his role as Stuart Jones in the ground-breaking Channel 4 television series Queer as Folk. He is perhaps best known to US audiences for his role in HBO's hit television series The Wire in which he plays Tommy Carcetti, a city councilman of Baltimore.










David Morrisey is an English actor and director. His breakthrough roles came when he played Bradley Headstone in Our Mutual Friend (1998), and Christopher Finzi in Hilary and Jackie (1998). More film parts followed, including roles in Some Voices (2000) and Captain Corelli's Mandolin (2001), before he played the critically-acclaimed roles of Stephen Collins in State of Play (2003) and Gordon Brown in The Deal (2003). The former won him a nomination at the British Academy Television Awards and the latter a Best Actor award at the Royal Television Society Awards. His film roles have not always been acclaimed; his appearance as the male lead in Basic Instinct 2 (2006) was widely criticised, and The Reaping (2007) bombed at the box office. Since then, he has had leading roles in Cape Wrath (2007), Sense and Sensibility (2008), and Red Riding (2009). On 20 July 2007, he was presented with an Honorary Fellowship from Liverpool John Moores University for his contributions to performing arts.[74]








Paddy Considine is an English actor, director, screenwriter and frequent collaborator with Shane Meadows. To international audiences, he may be more familiar for his roles in In America, The Bourne Ultimatum, 24 Hour Party People, My Summer of Love and Hot Fuzz. His directorial debut, the short film Dog Altogether, won a number of awards including the 2008 BAFTA Award for Best Short Film.






Luke Evans (DI Craig Stokes) is an actor who has starred in the musicals Taboo, Avenue Q,La Cava and Rent (remixed) in London as well as in Miss Saigon (UK tour) and other West End and fringe productions, including Small Change and Piaf at The Donmar Warehouse.

Zawe Ashton (WPC Elizabeth Falls) is an English actress and playwright , known for portraying Imani in Gone Too Far! and Bianca in the Globe Theatre production of Othello. Her first play, Harm's Way, was shortlisted for the Verity Bargate Award in 2007,[1] and premiered at The Lowry in 2008 as part of National Youth Theatre’s new writing season.[2][3] She is currently under commission to the Bush Theatre and the Clean Break theatre company.[4]
Ashton was named as one of Screen International's Stars of Tomorrow 2009.[4]




Brad Wyman is an American film producer, best known for producing Monster.

Anna Friel (Briony)




She rose to fame in the UK on Channel 4 soapBrookside. Her most recent role had been starring as Charlotte "Chuck" Charles, the female lead in the Americantelevision series Pushing Daisies. In the film Land of the Lost, she played a research assistant opposite Will Ferrell. In 2008 Friel began supporting the Fashion Targets Breast Cancer campaign in support of Breakthrough Breast Cancer, alongside fellow celebrities, Alan Carr,Angela Griffin, Natalie Imbruglia, Edith Bowman and Twiggy.[14]

Friel advocates the work of the Burma Campaign UK, an NGO committed to bringing about change in the deeply troubled nation.


David Thewlis (Jordan)




In 1992, Thewlis married director Sara Sugarman; they divorced in 1993. In 2001 he began a relationship with actress Anna Friel, whom he met on a flight to Cannes. They both starred in the 2003 film Timeline although they shared no scenes together. Thewlis has also recently published a novel called The Late Hector Kipling (2007).

Ray Winestone (Gant) Ray is is an English film, television and stage actor, as well as a writer.




He is mostly known for his "tough guy" roles, beginning with that of Carlin in the 1979 film Scum, and is also known as a voice over actor. More recently he has branched out into film production. His film résumé includes Nil by Mouth,Sexy Beast, Cold Mountain, King Arthur, The Proposition, The Departed, Beowulf and Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull.
